Congratulations to Attorney General Harris for putting the spotlight where it really belongs. When someone like a social worker or a foodstamp or homecare recipient is found to have committed fraud, Republicans point fingers and scream about rampant fraud in programs like IHSS. But when this huge corporation is found to have defrauded California out of at least a quarter of a billion dollars, dead silence from the "fraud-fighters." How come?
