If your hospital finds itself the target of a union organizing effort, the odds are not in your favor. But facilities that embrace employee engagement and offer strong leadership are less susceptible to unions, says one expert.

One must NEVER forget the unions have ONE mission in mind = their Revenues. IT is NOT about health care to the patients, Staff or the community. Their motives are for their self gain!
