Hospital Uses Pocket-Sized Handout to Improve Core Measures Compliance

Core measures—they're a part of the fabric of hospital life, particularly given their connection to CMS reimbursement numbers. All staff have encountered core measures at some point and have a basic understanding. But how do you ensure that their knowledge level is up to date and sufficient to keep your hospital’s reimbursements optimized?

We are trying to come up with a pocket size Core Measure booklet as well. Would you be willing to share yours? Thank you so much.

I would like to see if you would be willing to share the pocket size Core Measure info card as we are preparing for TJC survey in the summer. This is a great idea. Diane

This is a great article and emphasizes the importance of the team focus on the CMS indicators. I would like to speak to the person at the hospital in charge of their process if possible.
