Transparency is an important step in erasing the appearance of impropriety. I applaud Grassley and Kohl for their novel approach to exposing outside influence. When will Congressman and Senators shine this same light on themselves? I'd like to see payments received by Sens. Grassley and Kohl posted on a website for all too see. Don't see to many self policing bills put forth by these guys.
