I agree with the article. People who use the system will always use the system. They've leaned from their parents and grandparents the way to feed off the government. The problem with healthcare reform is its causing a burden on the hospital as they try to decrease cost in caring for the patients which has caused some delays in patient care and an overwhelming occurrence in early discharges that unfortunately has resulted in readmission because the patients weren't well enough the go home.
