Miami-based Jackson Health System chasing mythical millions

As Miami-based Jackson Health System struggles with severe financial problems, Chief Executive Eneida Roldan has hoped that two sources of money—each about $50 million—will go a long way to rescuing the public health system. But attempts to get more money from the state and federal governments appear to face huge difficulties, the Miami Herald reports.
