Brailer commends ONC on recently proposed meaningful use criteria

David Brailer, the country's first national coordinator for health IT, and founder and chair of healthcare investment firm Health Evolution Partners, said he is "pretty impressed" with the Office of the National Coordinator's recently proposed criteria for demonstrating "meaningful use" of electronic health record. He said that the "hand of thoughtful policy" is behind ONC's proposed rule, and added, "it feels right to me."
