NH Doctor’s license suspended

Concord Monitor, September 14, 2010

A Tilton doctor charged with a litany of prescription drug offenses by the state Board of Medicine has been barred from practicing in the state for at least two years.

Susan Hare, who operates Riverfront Medical Group at 322 W. Main St. in Tilton, stopped prescribing certain types of narcotics in June while the state investigated allegations that she had mismanaged medications in the cases of nearly two dozen patients.

Hare and the board reached a settlement last week that suspends her medical license for five years, though she can be reinstated after two years if she complies with the terms of the agreement.
