Jackson Health System labor costs scrutinized

Miami Herald, May 18, 2010

Fort-one business and civic leaders sent the mayor a letter urging major reductions in labor costs. The discussion occurred during a regularly scheduled "management watch" session between the mayor, his top staff, and Jackson leaders, the Miami Herald reports.
