Hennepin County, MN: Health plan too risky

Minneapolis Star Tribune, April 21, 2010

The program is called the Coordinated Care Delivery System, and is scheduled to begin June 1. State officials want participating hospitals to return contracts by May 1, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
