Uninsured Rate Shrinking, Census Data Shows



The 2011 U.S. Census report records the first drop in the number of the uninsured since the beginning of the recession in 2008, reflecting the impact of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and hinting at economic recovery, says a health economist.
